Watching Double Score.. again and again..

To all the Chinese friends of mine, Happy Chinese new Year!

Well, what did I do to spend my time wasting all the wee hours of the hols?

To start, watching reruns of Double Score drama that I've taped and falling in love with Oshio Manabu again.

Hmm... Speaking of Oshio.. I surfed the net just now and found that there's news of him announcing to quit the showbiz industry and focussing on his music. It came as a huge surprise to me, cos he is incredibly talented and suaike when acting... (I like his cool demeanor..)

I read he could be quite roguish, but he is incredibly romantic and charming to all the ladies. He's been known to open doors for the ladies, make drinks and give spare blankets to his female co-stars. Hmm... I dun mid having a guy like that..

But since he announced that bad news, I've been trying to get his final drama or movie. Spotted his new album online.. Gotta head to HMV to get his album.. The only thing I could do is buy and hear his music, and watch his dramas.. Where to find??

Yesterday watched Sembilu 2005 and Paheli ( a Hindustan film)

Sembilu 2005 is a sad tale about 2 teenage lovers being forced to separate, due to their race and skin colour, but also to the school's and parents' objections. Here, Vince portrayed himself as a loverboy, having lost his friendship over a gurl.

Almost cried over the sad ending.


For Paheli, Shah Ruh Khan portrayed himself as 2 characters: one as a weak but obliging son who had to leave his newly wedded wife to expand the family business. Second is the passionate, and truly adores his 'wife'.
I find the ghost character as an entertaining person. Blindly in love with the wife, making her happy and cherishing her, but most of all, never fail to keep his promise.. Hmm.. ohlala!

Suria and Arts Central has truly entertained me..

In the morning, I tried to fry chicken.. but ended up getting my right arm burned by the hot oil. Naturally, if there are 2 big dots of oil landing on your arm, you will wipe them off at the back. I did that, and njured my skin. becum more worse.
